Haiti Earthquake Relief
News Corporation offers to match cash donations for Haiti! See details in article below.
News Corporation has committed to donating $250, 000 to the Haiti relief effort to be divided between Habitat for Humanity, and Save the Children. In addition through February 08, 2010 they will match dollar for dollar contributions made through the Cape Fear Volunteer Center. All contributions must be recieved in the office by this date and noted it is for the Haitian relief fund. The funds will go 100% to this relief effort. All donations are tax deductable as state in Federal Guidelines.
Checks should be made to the Cape Fear Volunteer Center and we will direct the funds to the next area they will be sent to according to News Corporations instructions.
